Our studio is the smallest fully self-contained building in our design range—It packs a lot into a small space!  With smart design and efficient use of space, it offers complete functionality and makes the perfect hangout for extended family or friends.

This flexible design can be easily modified to suit your needs. For example, if you don’t require a kitchen or bathroom, you’ll have even more room for other uses—such as a home office with a sofa bed for unexpected guests or kids sleeepovers. The plan set includes ideas for decking or courtyard areas. With 16 pages of 2D floorplans, images, and notes, this design package will help kickstart your planning journey.
