We've been on the design rollercoaster a few times, shelling out lots of dollars, going back and forth, in the early stage of design. It takes time and money and can be stressful. Our mission? To save you some time, dollars and ease the stress by offering affordable preliminary design ideas.

Our plans offer foundational concepts and include building footprints, layouts, 2D floorplans and basic 3D images. Plans vary in complexity but are usually 10-15 pages of drawings, images and notes. When you purchase a plan-set you will receive the plans in both meters and feet, so we've got you covered wherever you are!

We're all about keeping things fresh—you can expect new plans and packages to pop up every month or two.
