3. Currency: All prices are displayed in $US.

4. Order Confirmation: After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your transaction. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

5. Invoicing Information: your transaction details on invoices and any statements may detail the vendor as 'swoopnz'. This is the parent company of your small home.

Here’s what you need to know about receiving your digital file:

1. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after submitting an order.

2. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the download link. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

3. Accessing Your File: Click the provided link in the email to access your digital file. All of our digital files are securely stored at Sync and the link will take you to the stored file. Simply click the download button to download your file directly to your device. The download link will be available for 48 hours. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us.

4. Since this is a digital product, no shipping fees apply.

returns, refund policy

No Returns or Refunds:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any plan-sets or artwork purchased through our website. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our refund policy.
